A trusted compass for life, business and corporate careers.
Navigating life, business and a corporate career takes a clear sense of direction. We help you cut through noise, ambiguity and uncertainty so you can move forward with clarity and conviction.
Why we chose to become coaches
For more than 25 years, Shatarupa worked with people at NIS Sparta, IBM, HSBC, Scholastic and CRY, including an international assignment in Shanghai with Coty Inc. Her own experience of navigating a crossroads and rediscovering self-belief shaped her approach to coaching. Today she helps people through career decisions, personal transitions and life’s turning points, empowering them to make conscious choices and move forward on their own terms.
Sumit spent more than 30 years building businesses, opening new markets and leading teams at Godrej, ESPN STAR Sports and GTPL Hathway. Along the way he saw how much a leader's mindset shapes what a business achieves. Today he combines that experience with coaching to help founders and leaders build self-belief and turn potential into performance.
We came together around one shared belief: lasting change, for a person, a business or a career, begins with the way we think. Life, business and careers do not exist in isolation, so Beacon Coaches brings both our lenses to help you navigate each turning point with clarity, confidence and deliberate action.
